W杯アジア最終予選の日本対インドネシア戦を観ながら晩酌用のツマミを作ろうと豚の塊肉を買って煮豚を作ってみました。
甘めに作っているので、妻と私はカラシをつけながら、子供はそのまま食べましたね。
次の日の分も残せるように豚肉は1キロ用意してましたが……
まぁ、1日でなくなりましたねw
